I frequently wake up to notice I’m having, yet another, bad hair day…
My hair is shoulder length, but it’s curly in all the wrong places. Brushing it takes an hour, and even then I can’t get it as straight as I want it. Usually I just admit defeat and wear it in a pony tail. Which doesn’t look all that good on me, but hey, I have better things to do in the morning than spend an hour on my hair (sleeping comes to mind…).
So, late one night, I saw this infomercial on Wen hair products.
I don’t really believe in all those infomercials (I think they were made to profit from insomniacs who are unable to think clearly anymore). But this did look really good.

I recently purchased Wen from QVC, and I don’t think I will ever go back to regular shampoo. My favorite is the Sweet Almond Mint…I think the Fig scent smells like overripe bananas or slightly spoiled fruit. The Tea Tree is a bit medicinal, but still yields great results. Although I have not seen the kind of results depicted in the infomercial, I really like this unconventional product
Do you by chance have the address to order wen with a check or money order? I do not want to sign up for auto delivery using my credit card.

I returned my product because it didn’t work well with my hair. I never received a refund because I returned it beyond the 60 days. I asked to have the product sent back to me and was told that it would be returned. I NEVER received my product. This was last year and I’m still waiting!

I loved this product, but is there anyone else out there who kept getting shipments they had canceled the order for, and then were harassed by Meaningful Beauty collection agents (called Ruthy-Genther, in case you didn’t know who they represented). I am just curious because I am lucky that I have a proof of shipment UPS tracking number to defend myself and my credit score. Otherwise I would be getting forced to pay for product I didn’t order and later returned. Is there anyone else out there that was harassed like this?
I found that I can get it on Amazon without the hassle of monthly shipments and collections agents for product I returned.
This is not so much a comment as a question. I recently ordered the Wen hair care system and have used it twice so far and love the way it has repaired my damaged hair, but I am allergic to 2 of the preservatives in the cleanser. I am not sure if these are in the Re Moist Intensive Hair treatment and/or the Texture Balm. The 2 preservatives that I am allergic to are Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolineone. I wanted to know if any of the products do not have these 2 preservatives in them. Please let me know if you do, because I would really be disappointed to have to send it all back.
